Summer & Elderflowers

Last week was warm & sunny.

I went for a walk with my friend at Hampstead Heath & wandered up to Parliament Hill, where you can overlook London.
On a sunny day, parks are always packed with people, sitting out to read or having a picnic.

Easter Trip & Recipe Sharing

In April, I took a long flight back to Malaysia which stopped over at Dubai.

Malaysia is a tropical country & full of passion.

I hadn't back to my hometown for 4-5 years, it was a great chance for me to meet my old friends & family, also enjoy the foods.

When it comes to friend gathering, it always come with eating & shopping.

There're a lot of shopping centres with food courts, even there's no food courts, there're surely restaurants & food stalks nearby.
I was truly spoiled by Malaysian foods :)

Pear & Chocolate Wholemeal Muffins

It has been a long time since my last post.

I had been away to my home country Malaysia & also visited Hong Kong & China mainland.

It was hard getting back to work after a long & relaxing holiday, so I'm catching up my work & back to my 'old' life.

It was a great trip & I will post some photos of my trip after I sorted them out.

Meanwhile I'm sharing a simple recipe of chocolate muffins.

I didn't have time for food shopping so I used what I had in the kitchen, it turned out great.
